Questions & Answers

Check the frequent asked questions

1 What is Earned Wage Access?

Earned Wage Access lets you withdraw part of the salary you have already earned before payday. It is not a loan — there is no interest and no debt. The amount you withdraw is simply deducted from your next paycheck.

2 How much of my salary can I access?

You can access up to the percentage your employer has set (typically 40%) of your earned wages for the current pay cycle. The exact amount updates daily based on how many days you have worked.

3 Will accessing my wages affect my salary on payday?

Your salary is not reduced by anything extra. Any amounts you withdrew during the pay cycle are deducted from your paycheck, and you receive the rest on payday as usual.

4 How is my remaining salary calculated?

Your remaining salary is your full salary minus what you withdrew during the pay cycle. For example, if your salary is SAR 8,000 and you withdrew SAR 1,000, you would receive SAR 7,000 on payday.
